The Home Team offers a complimentary design and building consultation service with an Architect and builder who has over 30 years hands on experience in residential design and construction. Your consultation will include:

  An overall appreciation of the proposed project.
  Helping you to match your requirements with your budget.
  Professional advice on the viability of the project.
  Advice as to which GreenSmart design features will suit your project.
  Advice as to which Passive solar design features will suit your project.
  Costing estimates to the proposed project.
  Answers to any specific questions you may have.

This service is available at our office at 187-189 Windsor Road Northmead from 9am-6.30pm weekdays.

The Home Team is a Sydney based company. We are happy to develop custom plans for clients Australia wide, however all clients requiring our construction services must be located withing the greater Sydney region.
