The Home Team is an organization of Architects and Builders, in fact we are a “One Stop Shop”. We specialize in knockdown and rebuilds as we have Architects able to evaluate your site and provide the optimum design to suit your individual requirements. We also take into account the solar orientation and any other relevant features of your land such as views and slope. We will optimize your foundations so as to reduce wasted under floor area. Because of our Architectural input, all of the “North Shore” and “Northern Beaches” Municipal Councils readily accept our designs as we take into consideration the streetscapes and character of the local area.

Many of the homes on our website are rebuilds as our clients are often building their second or third home and want to stay in the same area. As the Architects and the builders, we can build up to 50% less than the scale of fees recommend by Architectural Associations. This significant saving is brought about because we understand how to design and construct in ways that optimize the usage of expensive building materials. In short we can economically construct an architect designed home far beyond the capacity of other builders.
