Free Design and Building Consultation Service

The Home Team offers a complimentary design and building consultation service with an Architect and builder who has over 30 years hands on experience in residential design and construction.Your consultation will include:

  An overall appreciation of the proposed project
  Helping you to match your requirements with your budget.
  Professional advice on the viability of the project.
  Advice as to which GreenSmart design features will suit your project.
  Advice as to which Passive solar design features will suit your project.
  Costing estimates to the proposed project.
  Answers to any specific questions you may have.

Plans

If you choose to proceed to the next step a $2,000 deposit is required and the Home Team will prepare a site contour plan, floor plans and perspective sketches of your home for your consideration and input.

Tender Price

Once your home design has been developed and refined with your input, a tender price with site costs is prepared.

Approval

If you accept the Tender a further $8,500 deposit is paid and all working drawings and consultant drawings are prepared and submitted for Council or Complying Development Approval.

Construction

After approval we can proceed to contract signing. The previous deposits of $2,000 and $8,500 are deducted from your 5% Contract Deposit. Now the construction of your new home can begin. At lock-up stage, or as required by our supervisors, site and construction inspections are carried out by one of our Architects. This ensures that your home has professional input from beginning to end.
